The Easy Process for T-Shirts Into Quilts

Step 1. Choose Your T-Shirts

Pick you favorite t-shirts. Visit our pricing page to determine how many T-shirts you will need for the size quilt you would like.

Step 2. Mark Your Shirts

Fold the T-Shirts with the side out that you want to use. If you want us to do anything else such as use both sides or the sleeve artwork, you should attach a note with your special instructions. Use masking tape or painters tape to attach your notes. Don’t use duct tape or sticky notes. If you have a special way you would like the tee shirts arranged, lay them out the way you want, take a picture of them and email the photo to us or print it and include it with the order form in the box.

Step 3. Print Your Order Form

Print and fill out the order form. Select the options you want on the form for turning your t-shirts into quilts. If you have special instructions please write them on the order form or include notes on a separate sheet of paper. If you have a specific layout, be sure to include that with your shirts. You can also email a picture of the layout to us as well.

Step 4. Pack Your T-Shirts

Include your T-shirts, order form, any extra notes and deposit check (if paying by check) in the same box. If you are planning on paying with a credit card, include that info on the order form. You can also pay your deposit, balance due or payment in full from our contact page using PayPal. Please use a sturdy box to mail your t-shirts. A lot of empty space can cause problems so use an appropriate box and consider adding packing paper, loose-fill peanuts or bubble-wrap.  If including tee shirts for more than one quilt, be sure to separate the shirts by using plastic bags or some other way to define which shirts should go with each quilt.

Step 5. Ship Your T-Shirts

The ship to address is on the order form. We recommend that you ship your package to us using Priority Mail from the US Postal Service. If you print your postage online you can save money and get a tracking number. They charge more if you take it to the post office. If you prefer you can ship UPS or FedEx. We recommend you get a tracking number.  These shirts are precious and you want to make sure they arrive safely.

Step 6. Let us know your T-Shirts are on the way

Send us an email to let us know your t-shirts are on the way. You can use the contact form on this website or the email address on our contact page. If we don’t receive them after a short time, we can contact you to see if there was a problem in shipping.
